I have nothing to say ...

... about the bombing of the Al-Askariya Shrine ... i'm stunned ... retaliations have already begun. Iraq's already existant civil war has blown wide open for everyone to see ...

  • Well, what was confirmed is the knee-jerk reactionism of the Sadr Brigades who chose to immediately blame America.

  • Basic sectarian provocation. It shows how digustingly easy it is to start sectarian massacres. Hence the urgency of the logo on the upper right hand-side of your blog.

  • LP, They are all wrong. It was the Syrians.

Khamanei blames both the Americans and the Israelis.

What is new -divide and conquer.

  • I guess the question is, Ms Lev, what is it that makes it so "disgustingly easy"?

It's a very long story, but the failure of our intellectuals is again at the center.

What al-Jaz and other rationalizers of suicide bombing don't get is that THEY do not get to draw the acceptable/unacceptable line.

If it's "Ok", or worse "heroic", against Israelis and Anericans, THEY cannot make it stop elsewhere.

All these people will ultimately live to regret their current stance when it comes back to haunt them, or rather blow them up. Including idiot Mookie Sadr, visionless Arab regimes seeking to fund Hamas further, and chattering intello-morons.
